Park Models

They have all the qualities of our cabins but with a more home style look to them. The outsides come standard with vinyl siding and an heavy duty asphalt shingles. The insides are done with full wall sheet rock, and hand rubbed Oak roof beams. The park models have a lot more cabinet and counter space, and comes standard with a 14.6 cubic foot refrigerator and a 30" four burner range.

We use all high quality building materials and we take pride in every house that we build. We use 2x4's for the walls with R-13 insulation, and 2x6's for the floors with R-19 insulation. It has been seen that your utility bills in one of our homes can be as low as $35 a month. Yep, you read it right, just $35 a month!!
