We believe in making a quality product that will last you for many years to come. We use all high quality building materials and we strive to make sure that every RV we build is up to our very high standards. Our employees work by the hour, not by the piece, so they are not rushed to make more money. We put emphasis on quality, not quantity! Each of our houses goes through a final inspection in the last stage of our assembly line. There it goes through a quality check to make sure everything is in working order and has no defects. To make sure of this we are regulated by RPTIA, in which we are a member.

Park Manor RV was established in 1998. We started our first house in September of 1998 and have been building them ever since. Prior to building park models and cabins, Terry Cagle, President and GM of Park Manor RV, had a Custom Conversion company, called Luxury Conversions / Goodtimes Conversions for 15 years. He was the #1 conversion company in the entire US. Before he started Luxury Conversions, he had a RV dealership, called TravelVilla, that was the #1 RV dealer in Texas for 6 years straight years and was in business for 13 years.

We operate out of a 200,000+ square foot building complex just outside of Grandview, TX. In 1997, Terry was looking for a cabin that would withstand an 80" snow load that was common at his RV resort in Chama, NM called the Little Creel Resort. After touring different park model manufacturers, he realized that none of them would stand up to the snow load requirements, so he decided to build them himself. The first two house that he built he took out to his RV park. Since then, however, everything that we have built has been sold.
